Family & Personal Counseling Services (FPCS) is an association of licensed, independent behavioral health practitioners who share office space and administrative services.

Clinicians' individual specialties provide clients with a variety of therapeutic interventions and modalities insuring high quality care for a wide range of presenting issues.

Committed to ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and privacy for clients, all protected health information is managed in compliance with the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the privacy provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. All clinicians adhere to the ethical and licensure codes of their respective clinical disciplines:


Appointments and Fees

Clinicians are responsible for managing all phases of their individual practice, including scheduling and fees charged. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available.


Fees are arranged on a personalized basis. The clinicians at Family & Personal Counseling Services accept a variety of health insurances, managed care and employee assistance plans.
